Olivia has completed her psychology degree in 2009 at Teesside university. This then lead Olivia to youth work which was based in Middlesbrough town centre. This involved organising youth nights, funding and supporting young people in the community. Olivia then gained employment for a large private children's residential company in 2013. Olivia was there for 3 and a half years. Olivia was then offered a position as team leader within the company and gained her level 3 in Childcare and Young people services. Olivia completed work related training whilst in post around different behaviour presentations. During this role she was responsible for supervision of staff, rota’s, handling medication, cash handling, following safeguarding processes and many other duties and responsibilities. Olivia was then for professional development changed companies and was appointed team leader position within a company in Darlington within a specialist EBD service (specialising in self-harm). Whilst working at Tees-Valley Care Olivia has held the position of Deputy Manager, Homes Manager before being appointed to her current role.
